Contact Creatisimo

The fastest way to reach the people who run Creatisimo is by email at hello@creatisimo.net. One address covers everything on this page, and a real person reads it. The forum is run by two editors, Mira Talbot and Oskar Lund, so please be patient if a reply takes a few days.

Questions about AI images belong in the forum

If you want to know whether an image is AI generated, how to read its Content Credentials, or which tool fits a job, please post it in the forum and not by email. A public thread helps the next person with the same problem, and other members can add what they have seen. Email is the wrong place for a detection question, because the answer is almost always "it depends on the file", and the discussion is the useful part.

What to email us about

Write to hello@creatisimo.net for any of the following.

  • Corrections. A staff answer is wrong, out of date or missing a source. Tell us the thread, what is wrong and where we can verify the right answer. We add a dated correction note to the thread.
  • Copyright notices. Someone has posted your work without your permission. See the section below for what to include.
  • Account help. You cannot sign in, you did not receive a confirmation or login email, or you want to change the email address on your account.
  • Privacy requests. You want a copy of what we hold, or you want your account and posts deleted. The privacy page explains the process.
  • Reports about a post or member. Use the report option on the post where you can. If that is not possible, email the link and a short description.
  • Press, research and partnership questions. We read these, but we do not sell sponsored answers or paid placement, and we will say no to requests built around that.

If you believe a post on Creatisimo uses your work without permission, email hello@creatisimo.net with a subject line that begins "Copyright notice". Please include:

  • the link to the post or image;
  • a description of the work you own and, if you can, a link to where the original appears;
  • your name and a way to contact you;
  • a short statement that you did not give permission and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review notices promptly and may remove the material while we look into it. We may tell the member who posted it that a notice was received. More detail is on the terms page.

Making a good report

Whatever the reason you write, the same things help us act quickly. Give the link to the thread or post, say what you saw and what you expected, and tell us whether the matter is urgent. For account problems, tell us the username and the email address on the account, but never include your password. We will never ask you for a password by email, and nobody who works on the forum will.

Reporting a safety or abuse concern

If a post contains threats, harassment, or someone else's private information, please report it right away, using the report option or by email with the link. We remove content that puts a person at risk, and we act on these reports first. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services before writing to us.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot judge a specific image for you, confirm that a named artist did or did not use AI, or give legal advice about licensing or ownership. Those requests are better posted in the forum, where the discussion shows its working, or taken to a qualified professional. We also cannot restore content that has been deleted at a member's own request.

Response times

We aim to reply within a few working days. Copyright notices and safety reports are handled ahead of everything else. If you have not heard back after a week, write again with the original message quoted, in case it was caught by a spam filter.
